Product Description
Our Colored PS Board are independently developed and produced by a high-tech enterprise with 18 years of experience in plastic product R&D and manufacturing. Adhering to the concept of "high quality, environmental protection and efficiency", we select food-grade raw materials that meet international standards, which are non-toxic, odorless, pollution-free, and fully compliant with ROHS and FDA certifications. These products are widely used in advertising production, architectural decoration, packaging and protection, handicraft making, industrial auxiliary materials, display stands and interior decoration, and are highly trusted by advertising companies, decoration engineering teams, packaging manufacturers, processing factories and industrial enterprises. With advanced extrusion molding technology and precise temperature control system, our boards feature uniform thickness, smooth surface and stable performance, effectively solving the common problems of ordinary boards on the market, such as uneven thickness, brittle texture and easy deformation.
For packaging and transportation, we fully consider the characteristics of PS Board (scratch-sensitive, color-surface protection) and adopt multi-layer protective packaging. Each board is covered with PE protective film to prevent scratches and dust; multiple pieces are packed in thickened five-layer corrugated cartons with foam filling for better shock resistance. We cooperate with SF Express, Yunda and other well-known logistics companies, and support sea and air freight for international orders. Domestic delivery takes 1-3 working days, international delivery 4-8 working days. Freight is calculated based on order quantity and destination, and we provide the most cost-effective logistics solution. We also offer damage compensation: if products are damaged due to packaging or transportation issues, we will provide free replacement or compensate according to actual loss.

2. Processing Instructions: Support engraving, drilling, laminating and thermoforming. Use PS-specific adhesive for lamination; control thermoforming temperature at 100-120℃ to avoid deformation.
3. Cleaning Instructions: Wipe surface with soft cloth and clean water or neutral detergent; avoid strong acid/alkali cleaners to prevent surface damage.
4. Storage & Maintenance: Store in dry, ventilated and cool place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature above 80℃ to prevent yellowing and deformation. Avoid heavy pressure; cover with PE film when not in use for long periods.

Usage Instructions
1. Cutting Instructions: Use professional cutters for PS Board, HIPS Board, Corrugated Board and Colored PS Board . Mark lines clearly for accuracy; for boards over 3mm, score multiple times before breaking to ensure clean edges.2. Processing Instructions: Support engraving, drilling, laminating and thermoforming. Use PS-specific adhesive for lamination; control thermoforming temperature at 100-120℃ to avoid deformation.

Polystyrene resin is a non-toxic, odorless, and colorless transparent material composed of glass-like brittle particles. Its products exhibit extremely high transparency, with a light transmittance of up to 90%. Additionally, it possesses good electrical insulation performance, is easily colored, and has excellent processing fluidity. Furthermore, it demonstrates good rigidity and chemical corrosion resistance. However, ordinary polystyrene has several shortcomings, including brittleness, low impact strength, susceptibility to stress cracking, poor heat resistance, and no resistance to boiling water. |
